APC/ Clear Tail lights

Does anyone know how to replace these tail lights? Do you remove the entire light or just the bulbs, and if you replace the entire light how do you remove it?

macdaddyslomo is on a distinguished road

there are nuts holding it on from the inside,unscrew them, and it pops off ...you replace the entire taillamp assemply,EXCEPT the bulbs.
