Anyone's dashboard bubbling?

I have this bubble right in the center of my dash. How do you get the leather to stick back to the dash?

yea i dont know of anyone that has leather on their dash, its more off a rubber/laytex . all i know is its not leather. But how is it bubbling?

It's an air pocket that is stuck under the "material" on the dashboard.
