Anyone use Zaino on their car???

Hey guys, I just emailed the guys at Zaino because I wasnt sure what exactly I needed from them to wax my car. The guy got back to me and says I need all this stuff which will end up costing over $150 Canadian plus shipping and all the bs. Can any of you guys tell me if this stuff is worth me spending 150-200 bucks???

Zaino is good, expensive, and VERY time consuming .. but I personally like Coats Products Better.

Go to Coats Products and order up some Hawaiian Shine Shampoo, Swirl-Less (its a clear coat prep/polish), and the Cherry Wet Wax. Also, make sure you get some Miracle Mist for instant detailing between washes.

Its the best product line I have used so far --- leaves Meguiars and others in the dust.

I spent about 99 shipped to my door. (us) If you get the booster then its is alot quicker then regular wax. You can leave it on and walk away for and hour. Or detail the inside. You can put Zaino on in the blazing son with no problem also. Zaino is well worth the money and if you use it you will not go back to another.

The fact that you asked probably made him think you were an easy target. This is from the FAQ on their website:
Q: I have never used Zaino. Which products should I order?

A: For clear coated vehicles, I'd suggest ordering one each of Zaino Z-1 Polish Lok, Z-2 Show Car Polish for clear coats, Z-5 for Swirls, Z-6 "Gloss Enhancer" spray and Z-7 Car Wash.
To be honest though, you don't even need all that. All you need is Z1, Z2, and Z6, which comes to about $45 Canadian + whatever they would charge to ship to Canada. The Z5 is only for remiving swirl marks, and it doesn't even work very well. The car wash they sell isn't anything special, I would just use store bought car wash.

The Zaino process is definately time consuming. If you decide to use it, I would recommend reading the instructions on their website carefully.

Its not that time consuming as long as you get the booster they sell, and when you buy the booster it eliminates the polish .And the gloss enhancer is worth getting .

You can see it after my first coat. And with Zaino every coat you put on gives you a deeper gloss.

I just use a thick coat of Mother's carnuba car wax for protection and then a coat of liquid Zymol to make it shine.

Well the guy told me I needed this:

You will require z2, z5, z6, z7, z18, ZFX, and a couple applicators

It seems like a little much because I don't plan on giving the car little touch ups all the time.

Unless you are polishing your car for shows...I think it is more wise to just stick with Meguires or Mothers....for myself, I can not justify spending that much on wax.
