Question Any one using QForm kick panels???

Just wondering if any one is using QForm kickpanels in your Protege. I know they don't make one specifically for the car, but they make a universal one, and I was wondering how the universals look and work in a Protege.

Thanks!

my guess is it would be the same price to goto the local shop and have them make them for you.

I found some one with a set for sale that are custom made for a protege. I sent out a money order for them and should get them next week or so.

Do post a photo please when you get them! It might assist others on the board with a direction, or inspire them to do a set of thier own. Personally I am always willing to borrow on anothers design if it is better than mine!

Normally Q-forms are cheaper than custom fittings. I have found most Q-forms I have dealt with to be adaquate starting places for a set of pods, but wanting in appearance, mass, and depth. I ended up deadening them them by applying epoxy to interiors, which also firmed them up a bit, and then wrapping the exteriors to match the car. This was still a few steps short of building custom kicks, and got the job done a little faster, and a touch cheaper.
