97 Protege Getting Bored. Need to Supe up.

I HAVE A 97 1.5 L DOHC MAZDA PROTEGE. THE THING HAS 130K ON IT AND IT RUNS FINE. I ALMOST BOUGHT A JETTA THE OTHER DAY BECUASE I WANTED SOMETHING MORE SPORTY. I NEED TO STICK WITH WHAT I GOT BUT I WANT IT MORE SPORTY LOOKING AND FASTER. I NEED TO SUPE IT UP. WHAT SHOULD I DO. I HAVE A BUDGET ALSO. ANYONE WITH SUGGESTIONS, CHEAP BODY KITS, CHEAP INTAKE, CHEAP EXHAUST, CHEAP RIMS, ETC. THANKS.
