2011 Mazda 3 (aftermarket Sub install) with bose system

Hey guys, i currently drive a 2011 mazda 3 i sedan that I'm looking to install my aftermarket alpine receiver, 1000watt jl audio amp, and two svtcomp 10in kicker subs in. The only problem is it currently has the 10 speaker, 1 sub bose premium sound system in. Does anyone know if i can just throw the Alpine Receiver in their with a wiring harness connecter and it will run just like regular speakers. My biggest fear is that the stock subwoofer won't kick with the two 10in, but I'm not sure why it wouldn't. If anyone has already tried this or knows how to do this I'm all ears, as i don't wanna tap wires cause I'm still under warranty as i only have 6,000 miles on my car. =)
