2001 Protege cd player questions
To save me the time of taking out the radio, does anybody know if the stock 1 disc cd player on a 2001 Protege LX have rca connectors

No it doesn't. You can tap in to your speaker wires to run amps with a P.A.C. filter you get from Crutchfield or almost any where locally if you want to keep factory unit.
