03 Spoilers other than stock/MS?

I bought my '03 Protege (NOT a 5) without a spoiler on it. I wanted to get something aftermarket, but all I can find is an OEM one or a Mazdaspeed one. What I'd really like to find is one that looks like the OEM one but a little taller, more like the height of the Mazdaspeed one. I've checked all the body kit companies for our cars, but none seem to have spoilers. Anybody have any ideas?

You could always go (dare I say) universal and see what may fit. Be carefull though. Some universals look like total ****, but if done right, they can look better than OEM.

Have you considered the 2003.5 MSP spoiler? It's WAY cleaner looking.

I like that a lot, but where can I get it from other than Mazda themselves?

No one yet. Why don't you want to get it from Mazda? Their prices on stuff like this actually aren't that bad...

From the prices I've seen, it's a lot cheaper to go aftermarket if you can. Like the dealership could get me a stock spoiler for like $400, and I'm not sure if that was painted or not. Spoilerdepot.com had the exact same thing, PAINTED, for $225 shipped. If there's going to be that much of a price difference, I'll wait for the aftermarket companies to pick up the design.

ebay has the mazdaspeed Style spoiler for 130 plus 60 shipping so about 190 total not painted. 7layer fiberglass blah blah blah, it says it all in the auction.

remember mazdaspeed style, not actual mazdaspeed
