I'm going to be biased but Performance Mazda would be the best dealer to deal with as far as profesionalism and being upfront. I work at Performance as a Sales rep. I'm pretty sure my customers from this site will agree.

I bought my car from Bank Street. Anyone want to tell me why they are so bad?

 

well first of all i payed 26k (after taxes, warenties, etc...) for my car, i now know i could have got a better deal...second i hate dealing with there costomer service department, they always seem to be in a bad mood

None in Ottawa are good! They all want one thing.. your money!!

I went to Hawkesbury (about 1 hour from Ottawa) and they got me the best deal. They significantly lowered my overmileage from my lease (which Bank St Mazda royally screwed me), plus they gave me a good price on the car. Friendly and honest service is what makes a good dealership.

No offense for those working for Mazda in Ottawa, but I would never buy a car there anymore. It's funny how when you go buy a car, the people are friendly, then when you go back for service, they treat you like ****!

But if you really want to buy in Ottawa, I guess Performance would better for sales.. I heard their Service Dept sucks.
