sup folks? i introduced myself on the 2nd gen board. anyhows, i am a 97' dx driver. i mostly ride mtcls but it sucks riding in the rain and cold and snow. cars are a neccisary evil... ha ha. j/j. i am a track junkie and hope to see yall at the local auto-x's around here. i haven't done so but i hope this board will keep us informed of events esp auto-x's and meeting up for fatt days and stuff.

Welcome to our little home away from home. I go to UMD as well. I think over break, all the locals need to meet up. The car show in DC is a good place. I noticed redrims talking about a Thursday appearance there. So perhaps we should all meet up. Alright, good luck with rest of the exams. I have a Saturday 8AM exam.

 

if you guys want to meet up at the auto show, go post in that thread which day you prefer so we can get a consensus and set up a time/place to meet

 

i'll go to the car show! it's been a while... like 6 yrs er something. i am really into bikes, that and school has got me out of the loop on cars. yeah, i got an ae86. it is an sr5. it was gonna be a project car, but now i am so busy, i can't do all the mods i wanted to do on it. then i ran it dry once, and now it had a really nasty knock, probably a spun bearing they say. i'm not sure if i'll cont the project or sell it or what. they are hard to find so i really wanna keep it.

once you go back (...wheel drive), there ain't no going back!
