Quick question you for: I previously bought a set of the KYB GR2's from you all for my 2000 Mazda Protege DX with 1.6 liter engine. However, I never installed them and "upgraded" to Tokico HPs. A member here is interested in the shocks/struts I have (GR2s). He has a 99 ES GT (he lives in Canada). Will the shocks/struts I have that were listed specifically for the 1.6 liter only (according to your site) work on his vehicle?
tire wearing question?
I own a 2002 protege5, and I was wondering if my car eats up tires the way other mazda's do? I heard about tire eating mazda's, and when I was under mine the other day, I noticed that the front tires are wearing out on the inside. Or do I just need an alignment?
My Miata didn't have such issues, and I've only had the P5 for about 7K miles, but I heard Proteges in particular benefit from frequent rotations.
How are your tires wearing--could it be an alignment issue?

they are wearing on the inside. It could just need an alignment. I'll have to take it in and get it check out............
my 00 lx does the same thing (inside of tire wearing faster than rest of tire). do u have rims??? the mechanic told me they do that because the suspension was wet up for 14" hubs and that since i got 15" th tires kind of look like this / \ (just not as angled) which causes the inside to wear faster
