I've done a search but can't find anything so if you know what the link is give it to me please.

Anyway i wanted to convert my rear drums to discs. I kinda don't wanna go the dealer route as it would probably cost to much. Does anyone know where i could get a kit from? Or what would be included in the kit so i could get the parts seperate if it would be cheaper that way? Any help is appericiated. Thanx
