Pro5 how to take off trunk liner for strut top
Im planning on doing strut work on my Pro5 soon.
would someone please let me know how to remove
the rear trunk liners so that I can have access to the rear
strut tops?
Thanks for your help.

I just took the rear interior out of my P5 last night. It only took 45min, and that was with me being very, very, very careful not to scratch anything. Just start at the back with a small bladed screwdriver ( to pop out the plastic trim rivets) and work your way forward. I also took of the seatbelt pretensioners with a 14mm and a 21mm?? socket. Again 45min with no problems. Everything just snaps in.

Eibach Pro Springs Installed
Spings now installed, and interior back in. 1 hour of spirited driving before dark. NO squeeks, Pops or clunks. The interior went back in very easily. The springs really helped in the handling and the suppression of nose dive under hard braking.
LOVE those Eibach Pros. The every day driving seems better on our Ohio potholed roads.

XtrmLzNC - yah, after taking everything apart and finshed
installing the eibach pro-kit, i noticed that. hahahaha. sh't.
its probably easier to take the liner off though since you can
reach the strut studs better..and if for any reason you drop
one of the nuts, you can easily pick it up.
yah, i agree, the prokit with stock struts is a very good
setup for the street. im very impressed and liking it very much.
right now im using 205/40/17s NT450's but it still feels very
comfy to drive and no hops or dips or gabbles.. (?)
