ok, gonna give this AWR crap endlink one more try

bought some aluminum foil tape today. im going to cut a small
piece and wrap the inter ring of the sphrical bearing to shimmy up
the play between the bolt.

It should work. this is for the 19mm adjustable AWR rear
sway that rusted and rattles like crap over rough surfaces.

if dat don't work, then im going to need to figure out a way
to shimmy up the bearing itself to its coupling.

will let you know more tomorrow.

Angry

didn't work. i would need to punch out that damn bearing
and swap it with a urethane bushing in order to rid the noise.
the noise is not coming from the bolt and the endlink but the
endlink's sphrical bearing itself.

another way would be to push the endlink ends towards
each other by inserting a round metal plate under the
endlink ends. but eventually the plate would probably wear
out and rattle will come back.

Have you looked into getting some higher quality spherical bearings? Summit and Jegs both carry some. I guesss you could fab up some adjustable end links with urethane bushings.
