congrats...

just remember.....check the end links...you MAY need to swap them out....if I remember correctly...the attchment points on the struts are in a slightly different spot on those sturts...and you need the end links for the MP3/MSP. just check and be sure.

You should be original and do something like buy the MSP hood or something. Nobody has done that yet!!

Don't you just love the UPS guy sometimes?

BTW, is the gorilla (or whatever that is) included, or was it extra?

I was considering the AWR adjustable endlinks.. would those fit properly with these struts? I had not been told the endlinks on the MP3 or MSP were different...could you please elaborate for me?

Send me the money and I will consider it...nah, I'd put it towards a carbon fiber hood.

Yes, it is a gorilla, and no, it is not included. Usually costs $50, but it was on sale for $10 so I couldn't pass up the opportunity.

I personally don't know if the AWR adjustable endlinds work or not.....

the difference in the MP3/MSP endlinks is the length of them. I believe they are longer than the P5's.

gcs...do this...it will answer your question with ABSOLUTE certainty and it will mean NO ONES opinion is involved...

take a few minutes and jack up one side of your car....take the wheels off on that side....NOW take your NEW strut and compare the bottom of it to the stock one.....use a ruler if need be and compare the physical location of both one of the fronts and one of the rears as to where the connection point is.....if they are in the EXACT same location...then its a moot point....if the new struts mounting point is higher...then you need longer end links...if ifs lower...the new endlinks need to be shorter....

Congrats!!!

About the endlinks, I just orded a pair of front swaybar endlinks off a 01+ stock sedan, and they work perfectly with my Tokico struts. I have the AWR adjustable endlinks on the rears (go along w/ my AWR swaybar) so I cant help you there. But from what I have read, they SHOULD work.

Originally I was going to order the AWR adjustable endlinks for the front, but I decided not to since they like to make god awful popping noises as they move in their ball joint housing.

Please post pics when everything is installed...I'd like to see the ride height difference between two Pro's w/ the Tokico struts but different brand springs.

Do the rear endlinks pop as well? If not, why just the fronts? Wouldn't the ball joint be greased up for smooth movements? I don't know much about end links here...

And yes I will post pics, but the install probably won't be for some time.
