mp3 rear sway bar on lx

mp3 rear sway bar on lx

i was reading about installing the mp3 rear sway bar and someone mentioned something about the struts needig to be from an es because they have a certain bracket? right now i have 03 lx and am curious if i would have to change the rear struts

I have the MP3 rear sway bar on my 01 LX ,i reinforced the tab with some band steel and have had no problems in 2 years .

what did you do WITH the band steel macklum ?? weld it to the bracket ?

I used 2" band iron and molded it to fit from the endlink to the top bolt on the lower end of the strut . If I had a digicam I would take a pic .I'll see what I xan do about a pic .

how bout that pic macklum??? I wanna get sways on my Pro and i need to see if the new struts are necessary or not...did you get new endlinks too??
