i've got the rear sway riding in my car...i've got the front sway/rear subframe on the way...along with tokico hp's and eibachs...i should have some kick-*** handling as well. i though about the msp adjustable struts...are they worth the $$?

Did you ever get the sway bar kit and adjustables on? I finally got my Tokicos and sway bar kit a while back and need to find the time (and manpower) to get it done. I was told that I'd be spending around 150.00 to 200.00 if I went to a shop and got it done. What are you doing this weekend? Maybe you can give me a hand on getting mine done?

the rear isn't that hard...but i think you'd want the front put on professionally...you'll screw-up your alignment when you put it on...so that'll have to been done as well.

About how long does the rear take to put on? Do you know anything about putting on the GT-Spec braces as well? I imagine it'll be pretty easy to put on since you have the rear end pretty much "tore" apart while putting the rear sway on, right?

it took a few hours...but we had a few beers and took a few breaks during the install...plus all we had were jackstands and i also had to replace the rear subframe while we were at it (i bought the complete ms sway kit). it probably wouldn't take more than 2.5 hrs if you did it straight through with all the tools you need.

I too have the full MSP sway bar setup. Why did you have to replace the rear subframe? After you got that out, was it easy to install the new rear sway bar? Were you able to get to you lateral arms (or trailing links) pretty easy while under your car? Im trying to decide if I should install my GT-Spec parts as well (Protective panel, V-braces, later arms and front lower tie bar). Well maybe not the front tie bar, but everything else if possible. I'll have to do the tie bar when I put on the front sway bar.

the p5 has different mounting location/brackets for the sway bushings...the holes on the new brackets won't line up with the stock subframe...yeah, if you've got jackstands, i'd go ahead and do everything while you're there...jack it up, take your back wheels/tires off and go...you shouldn't have a problem.
