you may still blow the mp3 struts unless the spring compression rate is close to that of the Eibach's/H&R's. The ideal setup is to get springs with shocks that are specially tuned to rebound at the same rate the springs compress. That's why the springs only cost 150-250 but add the shocks and you are talking 450-550.

Blown shocks do act funny, especially going down the hiway. The car bounces for like 5 mins after hitting a bump. it's even funnier if your driving next to them

I have been thinking about getting a pair of 12" subs and put them in the trunck. Since I can't go fast, I am working on other things like suspension, looks and sound.

if your worried about losing the great ride a p5 give get air ride. its completly adjustable and everyone love to see you dance your car
