Install

its not too bad as long as you have access to a spring compressor. without that, you might as well not even try. it is a few hour process if you have never done it before. its not too bad. there is a how-to on ground control coilovers in the how-to section of the forum. the install is basically the same as installing springs. check it out, you may find it really helpful. it has a list of tools needed, and pics, and a step by step breakdown of the process. later

I would say: Without one, you MUST NOT try.
I knew a guy who spent about five days in the hospital after getting hit in the chest with a spring.
Dumbass just leaned over the thing, and undid the bolt that held everything together.

Just did it yesterday. 6 hours installing the spool springs.
3 hours in the day time, 3 hours during the night.
It sucks even with a spring compressor.
