Ground control camber/caster kit

I was wondering what exactly the camber/caster kit does, when is it good to get one, is it worth it? Also the ground control website list them as, "90- Mazda 323 / Protege," does that include all models above 1990? And does this work with any suspension or do you need to get a certain one like their coil-over kit? Thanks in advanced.

The 1990 323 was also called a protege if I remember correctly. Call GC to find out for sure. If you can afford these and they make them for your car GET THEM. If they are the type that the Sentra uses (don't know if they are or not) then you will have a suspension that is approx. 3/4 inches lower than stock without the need for lowering springs or shortened strut bodies. This will help with bottoming out and blown struts. They are expensive though, so watch your pocketbook.
