I think it was in a thread about Tein Coil-overs. I think they just put a rubber gasket on the top of the spring (under the upper spring perch). I don't know if that is the right fix for your problem, but look at the other threads on Coilovers because it is not the first time I have read that.

Just curious, what size springs (length & diameter) did your kit come with?

I have the same kit installed on my car. I have had a for three months and did not see any problem. The weight for the Front are 350 and the back are 400. At first I installed the other way and it was making the noise but after I took it all apart and reinstalled it back the way it should be. Until now nothing happen yet. Just make sure you install the OEM plastic bushing (on top of the OEM spring cap) back also. If not you will hear noise when you turn. I think its a great kit for that price. I told my friend that I have the Ground Control which is the one he has and he could not tell the difference. So Good luck.
