they usually ship FedEx...and time...well, that depends on whether or not it's in stock. i've ordered several things from them without a problem...my clutch/flywheel, however...took a bit of time. ACT had to build a pressure plate (they were out of stock) and UR had to make my flywheel...but i will say this, they have EXCELLENT customer service...when i buy parts, it's from them.
