new mp5

thanks guys! yeah i think i got a good deal, it's got 16 k on it, which i know is kind'a lot for a 2002, but i bought it for 14,9, so i think it works out.
Yeah it's going in for a tint on Saturday, speaking of which what would you guys recomend/. Mass state law is 35% on the fronts, so would you do like 35% all around to keep it uniform, or do 35% on the fronts and progress back to say 20 or 25% on the rears?

cheers again, did imention i loved this car!?? LOL

James

welcome to the board. you'll love your car even more once you drive it a bit and figure out everything you can do with it ;] me personally, i'm a 35% fan. that's what i've got all around mine. There's a thread in the interior/exterior section about this I believe, discussing which brands to go with as well. :]

Alright! Enjoy.

I like 35%. Doesn't look right with 2 different types I think.

GS-T a money-pit? No... I've spent about as much in repairs as I did to buy mine.

Thank you for just one more push toward getting myself a MP5.

And congrats on the car!

Well I personally went 25% all around. (have a pic if you want it.) I put light coloured seat covers in the front so when you stand right next to the car the tint in the front windows looks lighter than the back ones. But from an angle it looks nice and uniform all around.
