wobble motion after skid???

Today, not on purposely, i somehow caused my 03 p5 to skid for a good 6 seconds to a complete stop while goin 60-65mph and now i get the sense that there is a slight vibration from the wheels. i need to know if this is something with my tires or if my wheels somehow became unbalanced. anyways, heres the story.

im going down a FM road with a couple friends to get a couple xbox controllers and as i am passing up this slow *** car in a lane that merges together from 2 lane to 1 lane, my friends decide to tell me that the turn was less than 30 yards away and i basically did a powerslide all the way across the street and stopped softly into a ditch. After i pull out of the ditch and start driving again, i notice a slight vibration coming from either the wheels or something and i scared the **** out of myself but more importantly, does ne one know if wut i did is harmful or already did some harm to my new car???(note: i dont have anti lock brakes and this is a 5 spd)
yes, i am new to driving 5 spd and i get the feeling that i made a flat spot on my tires where there is less tread than everywhere else.

probably is a flat spot. either that or you might have thrown your alignment off a little. i did that when i slid thru a grassy ditch area in my 92 pro. only i had grass sticking out of my tire for a week.=)
