Just wondering how quick your Proteges are...Please indulge how you got it to go so fast.

And please be genuine!

I figure mine to be 16.5 in the quarter(not fast enough), MotorTrend got 16.5 from a stock ES, Mazda advertises 16.8 for Gen3 and 17.1 for Pro5

I have installed a K&N cone filter and custom intake tube. Plus a "fart" muffler...header, cat and exhaust to come later.

CHDesign does.

Turboed at 6 PSI I think.

Although SpoolinMP3 also has a turbo in his MP3.

So it's probably a toss up until CH gets his stroker kit.

No man, I'm the fastest. I have a stock Protege5 making 130hp but added an intake which should get me around to about 200hp. I run a 10.5 (That is 0-60) LOL.

do you sell these intakes? i want one. no, two! and i'll pay in cash.

i'm not that fast. onehawaiian has a stock p5 which so far has beaten:
-a city bus
-some punk kids on their heely's
-a homeless guy pushing his cart

nah, i'm not complaining about my speed. it's all good.

this guy put the kl-ze V6 into his 1st gen. I can't remember exactly what times he was running but, I believe it was high 13s to low 14s in the 1/4 mile.

I had heard of a lot of guys that wanted to put a KL-ZE in there 1st gens. I wanted that damn engine so bad for my Probe GT. The Probe's frame **** the bed (rust) so i bought my P5.

What are the numbers on that engine? 200hp and 205lb/ft of torque or something? some one throw one in a third gen and see what happens!!!

Nope sorry One Hawaiian, I don't sell intakes. Btw did you make a site about Proteges somewhere? It's Mazda Maniacs right? Nice site and nice car man. Wish I had something like your backdrops to take a pic of my Protege 5.
