Ok i officially hate this company and i don't recommend anyone buying from them!
I placed my order two weeks ago, the customer service rep said the wheels would be to my house in 5 or 6 buisness days they still haven't come.

so i emailed them and asked them to send me a tracking number for my wheels they send back a letter asking for the info and the name on the account so i send it to them then they send one of those stupid auto generated emails telling me that my order has been approved and is being processed and that i'll have a tracking number shortly that was a week ago and i still haven't even gotten a tracking number so i decided to call them directly and find out WTF is going on?

so i call and start talking to this idiot and tel him i placed an order and i wanted to check the status well while i'm mid sentence he cuts me off and puts me to this answering machine that says please leave your name and number and we'll get back to you in 24 hours so i was like screw this crap,
so i called back the next day and talked to them then they tell me " oh well we can only give info on orders between 9 and 5" so i was like WTF!?

I still have not received a tracking number or a reply to any of the emails i've been sending to this garbage company so i'm freaking pissed it just makes me mad that i gave these fool's $700 of my freaking money and then they try and jerk you around as if they have the right to. so basically i'm just saying i wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company at all.

if i don't hear anything or the wheels don't come within a week i'm canceling the order so my question is does anyone know of any good companies to order rims from?

ok well i finally got someone on the phone this morning who seemed to know what they were talking about, she said that there was a delay on my order and that the order has been approved and that the rims/tires should be shipped in 48 to 72 hours and then they'll send me a tracking number so we'll see.....

RS Limited Ricochet 17's...tempted to grab them off the Eclipse since it's the same offset...but I'm too lazy to run to Mitsu and swap the wheels...oh well.
They look pretty dope on the car too!

Is that a GSX eclipse? Yeah ebay is the sheits. I also got my rims for $300 shipped and got them in two days. RS Limited Trama 18's.
