I didn't say squeak, I said whine. Completely different noise. They won't squeak. It'll just sound like you've got a superchargere.

dude I'm gonna order those when I order the advan centercaps for my wheelz

they seriously just make noise? What is so different about them?

I had dayco belts with my underdrive pulley and now that I no longer have the underdrive pulley installed, they've been good to me.

If anyone said that gatorbacks are the only belts that didn't squeal for them, they clearly didn't install the belts correctly before.

They seriously just make noise. I don't know *what* it is exactly about them, but it's sort of one of their quirks.

well these ppl were on 247...so you never know. they kept saying they had them tight like they should have been (but didnt have a tensioner so who knows if it was correct) and it kept squeaking so they switched to the gatorbacks and it stopped. i dont know. i've never heard of a udp just making noise unless the belts were on wrong. if i can get the pulley off without an impact i think i'll do it myself but if not i guess i'll take it in. on my next day off i am going to swing by a local mechanic and talk to them about it.
