Just a FMIC and turboback on a MSP is 186WHP (ion stuf.. only numbers I could find quickly.. gosh I wish I had an ion fmic, it's smaller and fits way easier).
NC dyno - 146WHP. That's on par with the lowest stock MSP dyno I've ever seen.
Chassis/drivetrain --I never claimed that the Protege is on par with the NC in that regard. You're just talking trash and trying to start ****.

I'm just saying in a straight up fight, straight line, you'd probably be even because of the launch the RWD can get off the line, and in the twisties, it'd take you.
I'm just discussing. I just love how any time I disagree with you, you take it as an attempt to start ****.
Anyway, I didn't know they dyno'd that low, so congrats, you sure schooled me, tough guy... me=> <=you

You two have it out for each other I swear .. you're like two little brothers always fighting and bickering over insignificant things. I mean come on guys, no one's starting **** with anyone. We're all here to do the same thing, talk about Mazdas and give each other some crap from time to time. A little joke here and there never killed anyone..

Aren't they 170 crank? I don't know how much I'm putting to the ground (haven't personally dynoed my car) but think MSP with full exhaust (downpipe included), FMIC, cold air intake, polished, VTCS-less intake manifold FS-ZE cams, and a boost controller holding it down at 7psi.
.. so conservative estimate (since that's all I'll do until I get real data) says 180whp. Just because I have the MSP turbo and manifold doesn't make the rest of my car stock, not by a long shot. If it was, I'd have 145-155whp :P
but yeah, no dyno sheet yet, I'm happy with the car.. the numbers would be nice to know sure, but .. someday. Rob has driven the car, he can tell you if it's as fast as an MSP or NC

LOL see J, you're not the slowest!
EDIT so that this is actually on topic: It's amazing how much better road feel you get when you've got the proper pressure in your tires...
They were all at about 26-7 psi except for the driver's front, which was closer to 20 than I care to admit. 35 all around and good to go again
