Looks great! It actually lets a nice amount of light through, are they higher wattage than stock?

Yeh too late. My paint's going to hell already .. I've neglected it far too much this year. The rear fenders are starting to rust pretty bad cuz all the paint's chipped from my wheel rubbing (prior to having them machined), there's a million rust particles building up on the roof where the roof rack used to be, etc.

The clay barring did help with a lot of it tho. It brought back a lot of shine to the paint and took off a whole lot of tiny little dirt particles. It even cleaned up some of the tiny rust spots that were caused by the roof rack. The car also feels a lot smoother to the touch now too, so I'm really glad I finally got around to doing it. I think an overall paint job might be my best option now, but the pocket doesn't agree so we'll see what happens.

P.S.: Spicy P5 FTW??

The fogs look great .. I kinda wish I would've picked up a set of those myself instead of the rockblocker film.

Aw rats.. rust due to paint chipping from rubbing wheels --kills that rust warranty.

A lot of rust spots that you'll see on the car are just like... there, but not really. i.e. I have them all over plastic parts on the car. A more aggressive clay is probably what you need.

But you absolutely need to wax right after you clay.. it's taking everything off the paint, wax included! gotta seal up that paint before it gets dirty again, especially now that it's unprotected.

my rockblocker is completely faded now. i put one of these on and looked at the other and was like...dang that faded a lot! but it's all good now., hopefully i wont have to rewire the fogs...if it works fine on stock wiring i'll leave it alone.

Cleaned the inside of the windows, and treated the interior w/303 Aerospace Protectant. That stuff is great, used it on the Speed last weekend. Much better than anything else I have used before.

What do you use on your leather?

I tried Zaino Z-10 "Leather in a bottle" on my steering wheel leather with amazing results. I gotta buy a bottle to do my shift and e-brake boot, as well as the steering wheel again.

No leather in the Pro. Right now I am using Zymol leather cleaner and conditioner for the Speed, but I am going to get some Zaino as I have read nothing but good things about it. Since I keep my vehicles for a long time I want to make sure I maintain the interiors.

Your ES doesn't have leather on the steering wheel? :'(

to be fair, the stock P5 leather on the steering wheel is GARBAGE

The real nardi wheel (i.e. from an NB Miata) has much nicer leather.

Weird, my ES has a leather wheel. No other leather though (which is how I wanted it, haha!)

That's funny, when I go to Canada I'm shocked because most of the P5s there have plastic steering wheels (still the 3-spoke of course). Glad to see it was at least available at some point.

I hate leather seating (a lot) but don't want to have my hands holding rubber all day :P

You should buy a P5 wheel off someone who bought the nardi wheel

i would, but i don't want to have to buy an airbag too - at one point, i was contemplating buying an MSP wheel, with the yellow stitch, but then i would have to buy the cruise switch... what i should have done, was swipe the steering wheel from my buddies 02 when it got totaled out - still had a good airbag on it too. but i didn't think of it till after the insurance took it. then i could have "upgraded" to a nardi and had everything i needed.

i'm fine with my wheel - it gets me by
