If someone were to design some new product out there for the protege (performance or anything) what would you most want to see? (even the small stuff)

 

Poly engine mounts (or inserts) that are a lower durometer than AWR's. And all four mounts.

 

Paint that doesn't chip off the metal when anything touches it. (My paint seems like it would rather be off the car than on it.)

A power door lock switch on the passenger side.

Steering wheel that telescopes in and out as well as tilts up and down.

 

A new engine thats at least three times faster.

 

Engine mounts and an engine with 200 hp.

 

yeah, but the engine swap would cost a lot of $$$$

 

Camshaft's , stage I stage II and Stage III, also maybe a turbo cam. , Rear strut tower bar, carbon fiber trunk.

 

how bout a Veilside body kit.

 

a navigation system for me because I always get lost as well as stock HID's and of course and engine with at least 180whp.

 

A taller 5th gear or a 6 speed tranny. Seems like cars in the same weight class with same hp dont need to rev as high as ours.
A MSP5 would be nice.

 

Larger fuel injectors, fuel pump, fuel regulator, fuel rail.

A chip mod that was $200 or so that woudl do the same thing as the ECU flash in the MP3 or better.
A stronger tranny (with a taller 5th and maybe a 6th gear)
