Ok all - here is what I can add to the conversation....I know you could probably get the same info from edmunds.com - but it isnt always completely accurate. Employees of Ford get a discount at several other makes they own (Ford, Mazda, Volvo, Aston Martin, Jaguar to name a few). Mention to the dealer that you qualify for the Ford X plan for Mazda the discount is known as the S plan price. This is usually invoice minus flooring and advertising costs not quite the dead cost but you will have a pretty solid idea of the cost. Plus, because this is a non-negotiable price the dealer usually has no problem telling you how much the options really cost.
To sound more convincing you should mention you have not called for your PIN and were just out pricing and I have had friends buy at S plan price without ever calling or having this verified.
Is this fraud?? Only in the lower 48 and Puerto Rico but who is counting when you can save some money.

2003 MP5:
automatic,
leather,
ABS brakes,
cargo tray/net...
total: $17,329
or $16,555 w/o: leather seats and ABS
through an internet buying service.
add tax and tag.
If the interest rate wasn't so high through Mazda financing, I would have qualified for the 180days deferred payment and $500 cash back
