vortech module lawsuit

A few months ago, I bought one of these things, then thought about what I was about to do, and never installed it. Thank God!
Here's the e-mail I got today...

> I am about to start a lawsuit with the seller of this "module". It is
a
simple .05 cent resistor and it cost me $600 in damages. Please, if you
had
a problem or were dissatisfied with the part, or the module ruined your
computers, email me @ llamathan@yahoo.com so we can get our money back.

I hope no one fell for his trickery, but .f you got burned, e-mail this guy.
