whats up guys, first off thanks for all the help all the time.

I was going to dynamat my trunk today but i was wondering if anyone knew how to take off the plastic part of the trunk lid without breaking anything i have a 2k2 protege 5 thanks

Use a panel popper - just ask for it in any auto parts store.

The panel clips are the only thing holding it on, I believe. But some of them are real strong. I just yanked mine off shortly after I bought the car - ya' know, just to see ) - and I broke one or two in the pulling.

The panel popper oughtta make things easier.
