I'm just wondering if installing the OBX header going to fail my emmissions test here in houston texas?

You might try looking on the dfwmazdas dot com site... We're lucky up here in Oklahoma...no inspections!!

couldnt find anything... any other suggestions?

If any does Harris county do VIsual inspections?

Just in case i get the obx headder

Buy law yes they can fail you. I use to do them here in Austin. If your car came with 2 cats you have to have 2 cats. But most shops don't know about the pre cat. So they might not notice. Plus that is just on the visual inspection. As long as you're not throughing a cel you won't have a problem.
