Sun/Moon Roof Cover

Has anyone gotten the top side of the sun roof cover stained? My has- water dripped on it after I left it open a crack during a rain storm. It didn't get wet during rain, but when I got in the car and backed up, some water spilled onto the top and it has stained.
Has anyone figured out a way to clean this through the tilted open position?
Has anyone figured out how to remove the cover aand clean it?
Suggestions...?

Is the stain on the top of the cover (the part that faces the sky)? I can't imagine anyone can see it. The glass is tinted and unless you're on a ladder you'll never see it.

My $.02

Yes, it is on the top side...

Sky side.

I can see it pretty easily and it BUGS the hell out of me.

Said in a trance like mode "I must have perfectly clean car, I must have perfectly clean car..."
