So, I had a little trouble with my SparkCo ignition wires. Basically the boot that seats over the sparkplug disconnected itself from the wire. We had a heckuva time getting the spark plug itself out and I am currently running only 1/2 of my wire set (which looks dumb, I might add). Anyway, I wrote to the company asking them what I could do about this and also that I would like to get another color of wires if at all possible. They wrote me back and said, "no problem, send us the defective ones and we'll send you the color you want".

That's a great sign! Especially since I've had these wires for a year or so! I hope this wire-swapping process goes well...I will keep you guys/gals informed.

At least some companies still know what good customer service is
