removing roof rack

To any of you who have taken off the roof rack yourselves, is there a trick to popping out the panels on the rails? I was able to get off the racks themselves, but I'm having trouble with the filler panels that they have popped in. I was able to pop the front ones out, but the rear ones are a pain. Are you supposed to squeeze somewhere or start on one side or the other? Any help would be appreciated.

There is a screw on top... take it off and then the plastic pieces around it snap out.... there is one bolt holding it down on each side.
Did your car not come with instructions on this as well as plastic covers to fill in if you take off your rack?

Go to the dealer and inquire if not!
