question for canadians only (mud guards)

do canadian P5 models come with mud guards behind the front and back wheels. im talking about the ones that keep the crap from flying off and messing up the paint and possibly hitting cars behind you. if they dont come with them are they available from a dealer for the P5? I want to get custom ones but in the usa mazda dont make it for this car.

OEM they don't come with them. Dealer accessories - still not, I think. Go to mazda.ca and download a PDF of the accessories brochure to be sure

Now, as far as aftermarket - dunno, but if they don't, you can always buy the material and cut it to shape / size.

Here in Canada they're a dealer option ($70 Cdn). This web site sells them...

The OEM sideskirts and rear bumper prevent us from having mudguards that would fit. You can prbbly custom attach mud-FLAPS.

You guys are right. I just got a call from my dealer and he mentioned the same thing. Strange he didn't mention it at the dealership. Oh well. I can use that $70 to go out partying when i get my new car next week...
