does anyone know if this site is still active? they have a lot of good how-to's but it doesn't look like it's been updated for a long time.

Yes it is. I bought an AWR front motor mount from Mitch over there last month.

 

I'm confused by that site. Two months ago, I stopped by protege5online.com and the whole site had been redone. There was a really nice Flash navigation, and it was clean and professional.

It was REALLY nice.

Then I went back about a month later, and the site looked like it had previously again.

What happened?

 

i guess the the guy who runs it doesn't have time to update it. it really doesn't matter since you can still buy from him.
it's still a good site maybe he will update it soon. i think there is a message saying he's in the process.
