I passed a mazda dealership upstate going 50mph, and saw a silver protege with an mp3 wing and bodykit. I couldnt tell if had the mp3/p5 front or just a lip. I'm gonna check it out on friday. Hopefully, I'll borrow someone's digi cam. We'll see. Pics soon, I hope.

Ok, i checked it out today, and took two pictures on my analog camera. So, it'll be while b4 i get pics up. It was a silver 2003 protege, LX trim, black faced guages(yuck) auto(not even manumatic kind), side and rear skirted with an mp3 wing, but no mp3 front, no lip, not even fogs. It had a different tailpipe, but it didnt look like a racing beat. I asked them if they were going to finish it, but they said that was all they were gonna do. So not only is some sucker gonna have to shell out 4k extra to get that kit, but also have no lip on the front. The parts guy said in two weeks, they are expecting to get mazdaspeeds. He didnt know how many though. Thats all for now. The dealership was in Woodbridge, NJ. Samsones Auto Mall
Mazda or something. Right on rt. 1 and 9.

Automatic, manumatic, shmanumatic. What's the difference?!
They all suck the lifeblood out of an engine unless you're driving an F1 car.
Or maybe a muscle car with 400 lbs of torque.

If someone kits out a car, fine for them. They're still a poser, and just
slowing down their car with drag at the speed they're driving it.
Fine with me. The more people buy Proteges, no matter how shitty
they are, the cheaper the aftermarket market gets for me by demand.

Just swell for me. I'm all for having one of the few tasteful (and somewhat fast, through gradual rodding) Protegays on the street. (although out powering my old SE-R will take some time granted.)
