The true way to tell, is to look at the bottom & bottom corner of the door. If the paint is scrubbed off that as well, it may be causing it, if not don't worry about it. If it is the door, you may want to get someone to realign the door. The door has a certain amount of flexibility when mounted. sometimes it may not be lined up 100% properly, and can cause that. I don't think that driveway would cause this. I think it would have more to do with door alignment.

The door is off a little on its alignment. I happens sometimes. My Camry had the same issue. I barely adjusted the bolts and everything was fine.
