PR5 - rear wiper motor nut removal?

Need to replace my wiper motor. The 23mm outer nut seems to be frozen. Have applied Kroil. Do I use an air tool? Any suggestion? Don't want to break the glass.

Thanks.

i would not use an air tool. you probably would shatter the glass. only took the rear wiper arm off of mine.
