Overdrive
Guys when your driving and hit the overdrive button do your RPMs go up or down? Mine go up, and correct me if I'm wrong but when you shift into a higher gear shouldn't your RPMs go down? If so then I need to talk to my dealer cause my OD isn't doing what its supposed to be doing.

Look at your gauges
Tell me does it say "O/D off" when you hit the button becuase that means its off. Its the yellow light.
And when its off you dont use your fourth gear and therefor ar at higher rpms.
I usually turn it off/hit the buton when cornering so I can shoot out of the turns. Because I find this car is way too upshift happy.
I go into a turn and take my foot off the gas for a second and it takes way too long to get back into a usable gear. So its easyer to just stay in 3rd

4000rpm. lol.
I dunno, there's just something about these cars...it's HARD to keep it under 80 on the highway !
sexymspgurl: don't forget to check the air in the headlights weekly, and the disgronificator valve every 60K miles. The muffler bearings are sealed so they require no maintenence. <sorry> Couldn't resist.
