No roof rack

This may be a stupid question. The Canadian p5 has no roof rack right? Are they making them in the U.S. now? I just went to my local mazda dealer to check out the mazdaspeeds they had on the lot and saw atleast 6 diff. p5's without roof racks and I am in Illinois. Did these come from Canada or are they coming as an option now? I also checked out a couple Mazda6's, man that's a sweet ride!!!

We're offered a thule-like roof rack. It screws into the roof much like a VW or some of the RAV4s. On+Off in <5minutes.

It's about $300.00 CDN.

I believe I heard in another thread that the US is now offering the roof rack as an option instead of being standard.

correct, it is a opion for around $300. The Looks are much better for people that don't use the rack

This was not supposed to be a thread about needing a roof rack I just said I saw some without it and thought they were only like that in canada. i like mine without the roof rack but with the rails there. I think it is naked without the rails.
