it's a shame you have to get rid of it. looks pretty nice.

regardless of my problems with my GA i still would have kept it

broken lock cylinder: $350
new shift control assembly: $375
intake manifold gasket(common GA problem): $$$$ warranty covered it
alternator going bad(again common GA problem)

Engine noise, and road noise is an issue. never really heard of any mechanical issues on any 3rd gens, except for MSP owners cranking up boost and blowing motors, but that's their own fault for not doing it properly

I've had my '03 ES since Nov. Most fun I've had driving since, well, ever.
If I had the money I would've gotten the MSP, but no complaints except a little too much wind noise from the passenger side of the windshield.
Nothing turning up the stereo doesn't solve.

Its funny that you said Pioneer. When I checked the size of the speakers in the trunk it said that they were Pioneer. Was I suprised? Yes and no. But either way they sound like crap. I may go for Kenwood or even Memphis again. Just have to wait and see.

I'm a fan of the stock MSP kenwoods...so much in fact I've got the whole system in my p5 from headunit to amp/sub rack...sounds pretty good...bass could be better, but I still have a useab;e cargo area.

I didn't hit your site to see the pics, but if you have a spoiler, the leaks are probably coming from that. Pull the spoiler off and replace those flimsy o-rings with some rubber washers for a garden hose. That'll cure it. O-rings are should be in a groove to seal properly, not compressed between two sheets of metal. . . dunno why they us them on the spoilers?!

Hi CtrlAltDel, you got a nice ride there. Anywayz, I drive a Mazdaspeed Protege, and I have not encountered any problem yet, but I only had it for 3 months. The only things I dont' like about the car is the torque steer, very strong torque steer. Other than that, the car is great.

That's not very nice. It's true though, Toyota and Honda are both prolly more reliable than a Mazda.

I would say if you want top knotch dependability you need to buy an Acura/Honda or Lexus/Toyota.
