Hi guys, I just bought a 2003 Protege5 today and totally love it. It has the Tiptronic transmission (my wife says she can't drive a manual), so at least my right hand has something to do! Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and say that the the forums look great.

looks good. Custom leather looks good. You can tell it's aftermarket since stock leather is always black in the pro's.

dont mean to highjak ur thread but i might say a quick hello to everyone here too hehe.. i been lurkin around for a while but only signed up a few days ago... and i drive a 99 protege (got it for my 18th Bday present hehe... it was the car my dad drove till be got his *cough* camry *cough) and ye.. just started doin some work on it... trying to keep the looks of the car as stock as possible but do it up inside hehe ... not very easy i tells ya with these damn australian mod restrictions
