The mazda 3 is the grown up old man protege.
The pros were light and fun, while the mazda 3 has weight/smoothness, and power.

Did I mention weight I mean dam no one is making light cars anymore, wtf.

 

A few nags about my P5:
1. I wish it has adjustable lumbar support
2. The gear indicator on the dashboard for the sport-shift is blocked by my left arm when holding the wheel at 12 o'clock
3. the side mirrors are too small
4. the engine needs more power
5. the ride is too rough for the "little amount" of grip

Well, the new 3 addresses every one of these issues. But at the same time, took away the P5's personality. It's like giving the P5 a frontal lobotomy - the 3 does everything well but somehow it's just not quite right.

 

I didn't read anything negative. Aside from some personality missing in the 3, they seem to like it.

one guy at my mazda dealer said that the demo maz3 they have has a shitty rear suspension. i guess under load it makes some crazy sounds. but thats just what i heard. i think its got some cool rims..... looks alright till ya get to the front of it.

 

I don't like the Mazda 3 that much I will give it that it has a nice interior and prob the tailights I like but other than that I think the car is just ugly.
