New Mazda Cars
Would the motor in the Mazda Atenza be a nice motor to be able to swap into PROTEGE5.
It is a 2.4L VTEC type of motor.
See here.

That Atenza really looks nice! The Secret Hideout... LOL thats a funny name. It reminds me of the VW Van. I think they are only coming out with the RX-8 and the Athenza, maybe the MPS. The other two are definatly "Concept" cars. Does anyone know a good program or anything that translates Japanese sites? I tried using Babblefish thingy, but it doesnt work that great....

What do mean by SVT??
SVT is the Ford designation for performance cars from/with Special Vehicle Tuning or something like that. I forget what the "T" stands for...The cars are developed by Special Vehicle Operations or SVO...
How does the Duratec V-6 have SVT?? I don't understand what you mean by that...
If you mean variable valve timing, that is what Duratec is, I thought...Zetec for the four cylinders...

Well...
I never professed to "know so much about Mazda"....However, with everyone talking Ford and Mazda on this board, people can get screwed up.
But, since "SVT" has so many different meanings, perhaps you should just clarify yourself a little...And since the engine you were referring to is made Ford (3.0 L Duratec), SVT can mean more than one thing...
I understand the the Mazda 6/Atenza (whatever you want to call it) is a Mazda, but for clarification reasons I felt I should ask...
Personally, I feel there is a huge difference between "SVT" and "S-VT"...But that's just me...
