Do you want performance or cosmetics out of your car? It sounds like you just want to buy stuff you can afford as you see it. This is a bad way to mod your car. You really need a good soid P-O-A...(plan of attack).

Yes, tinted as your fog lights are - But I'm not sure I want yellow... I'm thinking i like the smoke better -
And I do not plan on modding my car with things I can afford - I am open to options - I do not have a lot of money, however, as I have said before - If I find something I like and want for the car - I'll save the money to purchase it. I have just gotten the idea to fix the car up within the past month or so - And have no IDEA what mods I want or don't want for the most part... That's why I'm here - To get IDEAS
