Hey I need help desperately. I am trying to get a set of aftermarket tail lights for my 2003.5 mazdaspeed of ebay or anywhere. Poblem is for some reason certain types only fit the 99-01 4dr model and other somehow fit the 99-03 models. What the hell is the difference. Are they all the same and the distributers are on crack or is there actually a difference. I figure they should all be the same since the body style never changed. I've been looking at a set of gun metal grey altezza's but the dealer says they will only fit the 99-01 model. Does anyone know if these will fit mine. Any help would be appreciated greatly.

Are you positive the dealer said 99-01? I have a 2000 and they changed the front of the car in 01. I don't know about the rear of the car but if he says it'll fit an 01, it should fit yours too.

 

all 3rd gen(this includes your msp) sedan tailights are 100% interchangeable. Period.
